Under the tutelage of the Holy Abbass Shrine and the guidance and supervision of the University of Alkafeel chancellor ,Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the three University of Alkafeel mowkibs continue to provide the best various services to the million-march Arba'in heading to the fort of the free , “Imam Hussein” . All day services cover health care , by a specialized staff of professors and volunteer medical students in the “medical camp” of the university mowkib on “ Ya Hussein Road, post light 23, and different types of cold and hot foods and drinks . By the same token the Al-Kafeel Center , affiliated with Al-Kafeel University , for Information Technology mowkib, in Holy Karbala , Al-Abbas District, post light 1422, provides its services to the pilgrims of Imam Hussein , peace be upon him.

    Moreover , the services of the university mowkib near the companion Maitham Al-Tamar are therapeutic and medical : diabetes testing, wound sterilization, blood pressure , consultations , various medications and treatments , distribution of food , breakfast, lunch, dinner, the continued provision of cold water and hot drinks  , overnight accommodation for men and women and everything possible to serve the visitors of Imam Hussein ,peace be upon him.
