Sponsored by the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine , the Public Relations Department organized the central graduation ceremony for students of Iraqi universities on Friday, November 17, 2023, " Third Batch Emulating the Moon Guidance," under the slogan "From Land of Karbala, Generosity Blooms." The ceremony is a part of the Al-Kafeel National Youth Project, attended by the legal representative of the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine , His Eminence Sayyid Ahmad Al-Safi , may Allah prosper his glory,  the Secretary-General of the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine , Seid. Mustafa Mortadha Al-Dhiaa Al-Deen, the head of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Commission at the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine , Prof. Dr. Abbas Rashid Al-Dada Al-Musawi,  Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, members of the board of administration , the senior staff and the participation of more than 2500 students from various sects, religions, and ethnicities, representing "44" Iraqi universities, governmental and private. Then the central ceremony started with “ The Marja'iyya is a message of peace” , “Education is the light of progress” , (The homeland, the land, and the sanctities), (Karbala is a symbol of sacrifice and dignity), (Jerusalem is the pride and steadfastness), (Youth are the hope and the future), and the Iraqi flag was raised on both sides of the procession path. The ceremony aims to showcase the true image of the graduates of the reputable Iraqi universities and the national unity of Iraq's sons by involving students from all religions, sects, and ethnicities to recite the graduation oath in the precincts of the shrine of Abi Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
