The Dean's Office of the College of Engineering at University of Alkafeel welcomed freshmen students for the academic year 2023 - 2024. The Dean's Office of Technical Engineering College at University of Alkafeel received first-year students accepted in the Computer Engineering Technologies Department for the academic year 2023-2024 on Saturday, 2/12/2023. They were welcomed by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Ali Jasim Al-Amiri, the department's coordinators, and a number of teaching staff. The Dean welcomed his students with bouquets of flowers and congratulated them and their honorable families on the opportunity to study at University of Alkafeel within the Bachelor's program specializing in Computer Engineering. The Dean reviewed the most important tasks, regulations, and instructions that students must adhere to, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Rectorship, the college dean's office, and the department's instructions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to university norms within the campus. The Dean outlined the general framework of the Bologna Process study system adopted in the college and the examination mechanism, in addition to urging students to adhere to the lecture schedule, continuously review, and benefit from the experiences of teaching staff and laboratory capabilities to gain practical skills in their specialization. At the end of the meeting, the Dean wished his students success and prosperity.
