In a move encouraging professional development, Asst. Lectur. Emad Kamel Tawfiq Al-Najm, the director of the Student Activities Department at University of Alkafeel, obtained an International Diploma in Trainer Preparation (TOT). The diploma was awarded by the Iraqi Creative Union in cooperation with Eilz University in the UK and the International Institute for Educational Development in the UK. This certification followed Mr. Al-Najm's participation in an intensive training course from March 22 to 24, 2024, where he learned and developed in the field of trainer preparation under certified experts. He passed the course with very good grades, accumulating 15 training hours in human development.
