The College of Medical and Health Technology, Department of Radiology, organized an educational guidance lecture : "The Importance of Self-Respect and the Difference Between Self-Love and Selfishness", presented by Ms. Houria Ali Hassan Ali, on Tuesday 10/29/2024.

The lecture addressed the topic of self-respect, stressing the importance of not putting oneself in humiliating situations that may lead to self-hatred and dissatisfaction. The concept of self-love was also addressed, which includes taking care of health, organizing , while emphasizing that self-love is not equal to selfishness, which seeks to possess everything without taking into account the needs of others.

Such a lecture aims to raise awareness among students about the importance of positive self-values, and the necessity of building a healthy relationship with oneself, which contributes to developing their personalities and enhancing their academic and social successes.
