The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation , in collaboration with the College of Pharmacy, organized an educational lecture : "Individual Freedom and Community Interest." The lecture was delivered by Asst. Prof. Haider Adnan Ghazi on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 for second-year students. The lecture addressed the concept of individual freedom, its limits, and the importance of balancing personal freedom with the public interest. It addressed intellectual questions about when freedom becomes a threat to society and when it is a right of the individual and  explained that freedom is a moral responsibility governed by laws and collective awareness, emphasizing that the balance between individual freedom and the public interest is achieved through individual awareness, the justice of the law, and the strength of community institutions.
