The Lifelong Learning Centre  at University of Alkafeel  organized a training course : "Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Power Generators," presented by Engr. Hani Abdul Wahid, Head of the Maintenance Department at the university, on Saturday, 18 January 2026.

     The course targeted members of the Maintenance Department and included theoretical and practical components covering generator parts , operating and shutdown mechanisms, troubleshooting common malfunctions, and occupational safety instructions during operation.

     The course proved that there is a clear scientific and practical benefit to the participants, raising their technical awareness and reinforcing their commitment to safety procedures during the generator operation. The organizers recommended holding such courses periodically to keep pace with technical developments and to incorporate the material covered into the daily work procedures of the Maintenance Department.
