A scientific lecture “3D Prosthetics” was held at the College of Dentistry on Monday, 19 January 2026, by Asst.Lect. Amir Yousef Abdullah. There was a comprehensive explanation of the concept of 3D prosthetics and their applications in clinical practice. It also highlighted modern technologies and their impact on improving the efficiency and quality of dental work.
The lecture aimed to introduce the importance of these technologies in advancing the field of dentistry and improving the accuracy and quality of modern dental treatments. Then it emphasized the importance of keeping abreast of modern technological developments and encouraging faculty and students to utilize 3D prosthetic and printing technologies. It also stressed the need to continue holding scientific lectures that contribute to developing the academic and practical aspects of the college.
