As part of its awareness-raising activities, the Center for Lifelong Learning at University of Alkafeel organized a seminar for students of the College of Pharmacy entitled "The Medical and Health Detriments of Smoking." The seminar was delivered by Prof.Dr. Mohammed Dakhel Al-Rikabi on Sunday, April 20, 2025.

During the seminar, Prof. Dr. Al-Rikabi spoke about the serious negative effects of smoking on individual and societal health, emphasizing that spreading health awareness among university students is crucial for enhancing the health status in the country, particularly since medical students represent a part of the future medical team responsible for improving the health status. It is worth noting that Al Kafeel University continues to hold workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences that directly contribute to serving the community and raising awareness in various fields.
