As part of its efforts to develop administrative skills and enhance the quality of services provided, the Lifelong Learning Education Center at University of Alkafeel organized an awareness lecture on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 : “Reception and Student Interaction.” The lecture was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Iyad Sahib Hammadi, Assistant Director of the Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at the university.
The lecture addressed communication skills in general, reception and welcoming procedures at the university and college information desks, and the most important communication skills with students and university staff to ensure the provision of services befitting the high rank of the university and the general ethics it upholds. The lecture highlighted the importance of welcoming and respectful reception, positive communication, and methods for completing tasks to the highest standard, which reflects the professional image of the university . Then Dr. Hammadi emphasized the commitment of the University of Alkafeel to providing the best possible services to students and visitors, recognizing them as the cornerstone of the university mission to serve and enhance their experience.
The lecture targeted male and female reception staff and witnessed fruitful interaction between the lecturer and the trainees, who emphasized the importance of adopting such awareness programs that contribute to raising the level of performance and the quality of service.
