Under the auspices of university of Alkafeel rector , Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan , the College of Law held a scientific lecture: “ Constitutional Legislator and Coining Constitutional Rules pertinent to Individual Rights and Basic Freedoms in Iraq, Comparative Study" on Monday, October 24, 2022

    As a lecturer , Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim Hatem Hassan Al-Hasnawi explained that human rights and basic freedoms were not decided and confirmed easily and simply, but after a bitter struggle the peoples confronted to have what they are now , then the human rights were supported little by little and were stipulated in internal laws , then expanded to include the whole world and appeared in the form of international declarations and charters. However, the principles of human rights are considered vital issues in any thought and any society for the importance of these principles and their civilizational role.
