The College of Law at the University of Alkafeel held a workshop entitled (The Relativity of the Impact of Civil Judgments) under the auspices of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammad Shahid Al-Dahan, on Tuesday 22 November 2022, in which the Assistant Lecturer, Riyam Abbas Ali Kassar Al-Shaibani, introduced her lecture to the necessity of distinguishing between the authoritative judgments in relation to others according to the type of evidence on which the judgment is based. She also confirmed that court rulings are among the official documents that are evidence against people with what was written in them, unless it is found to be forged by the legally prescribed methods, and the workshop concluded with interventions by the attendees.
