With so ubiquitous encouragement the university of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammad Shaheed Al-Dahan, the College of Medical and Health Technologies , Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies convened a scientific workshop: "Liver Function Testing ", in the Advanced Clinical Chemistry Laboratory , on Monday afternoon 6 March 2023.

    The lecture was declaimed by Asst. Lectur. `Athra Adnan Mahdi ,introducing the students to the importance of liver functions and the method of testing, as liver functions are a group of tests that are conducted to assess the functional ability that causes any cellular damage to assess all functional capabilities in it, as in :

Its structural ability: It is measured by the different plasma proteins such as albumin and prothrombin that are made in the liver as well as the fats  and other tests .
