Under the tutelage of the university of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the Agriculture Unit at the university organized on Sunday, 26 March 2023, a two-day fair of ornamental plants and flowers in the campus with the coming of spring season

    In the fair is there a group of diverse and pioneering plants in the region. The unit incharge , Eng. Ali Abdel Jalil, said, "One of the objectives of such a sample fair is to introduce students and personnel to the types of plants, their names, some details of their service and raising awareness of the importance of agriculture and afforestation."

    Noting that the prices of the exhibits are subsidized for visitors to encourage them to plant and afforestation. Moreover, some plants were granted to the attendants for free to achieve the aforementioned goals.
