The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation  at University of Alkafeel, in collaboration with the College of Medical and Health Technologies  , organized a developmental lecture on "Personality Types" on Monday, November 13, 2023. The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr.Safaa Al-Aasam, aiming to develop the individual, control behaviors, and manage life's difficulties. The lecturer discussed personality types and ways to influence others, highlighting that personality is one of the most important subjects needed by a student and indeed every individual to understand the behaviors of people around them and to provide them with the necessary concepts and skills for dealing with and influencing them. Using the criteria of personality types will help students understand many behaviors and situations of the teaching body, the administration, and even colleagues.
