University of Alkafeel participated in the training workshop represented by the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department at the university, lectur. Mohammed Zuhair Hassan and lecturer Dr. Zaman Abdul Hussein Abadi, a faculty member at the College of Medical and Health Technologies  , on Monday, November 12, 2023. The workshop "Implementing Institutional Accreditation Standards to Ensure Quality Education and Continuous Improvement" was held at the University of Mustaqbal  , organized by the Institutional Accreditation Council affiliated with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department , Quality Assurance Division, attended by universities and colleges from the central Euphrates provinces. The workshop discussed the essential standards for national institutional accreditation, clarified the standards' elements and indicators, and the practical means and mechanisms for obtaining accreditation for Iraqi higher education institutions, aligning with the ministry's real aspirations to establish and secure a quality assurance system to achieve the best outcomes through leveraging resources and the participation of all employees to meet community needs and labor market requirements according to national and international standards.
