University of Alkafeel achieved competitive progress in the UI Greenmetric ranking for 2023, placing 386th globally among 1183 participating universities, a significant improvement of 115 ranks from the previous ranking. The university also ranked tenth among 74 Iraqi governmental and private universities participating and advanced to second place among Iraqi private universities. This achievement reflects the university's continuous efforts to enhance environmental performance and sustainability, demonstrating its commitment to social and environmental responsibilities.
