The Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology pertinent to University of Alkafeel , in collaboration with the Department of Technology and Information at the university, and under the supervision of the Center for Lifelong Learning , organized a training workshop on the "Al-Joud Program for Electronic Archiving". The workshop was held at the College of Technical Engineering, and started today, Saturday, 10/19/2024, and will last for three days. The first day focuses on the theoretical aspect, while the other days are devoted to practical aspects and performance tests.

    The lecture in the workshop was given by Lect. Dr. Ali Abdul Zahra Jalil and Programmer.Muhammad Afdhal Al-Shami. The Al-Joud program, which was developed by Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology, aims to provide university members with the necessary skills to archive information efficiently and quickly.

    The program was distinguished by its speed and efficiency, as the forms of tables and specializations were reviewed according to the needs of the user or institution, in addition to the possibility of creating multiple folders and unlimited storage spaces. The program also provides access according to the permissions of more than one user. The workshop aims to enhance the technical skills of employees and facilitate the electronic archiving process at the university, which contributes to improving the quality of administrative and academic work.
