University of Alkafeel: One of Its Students Participates in a Training Program Organized by the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI)

Rida Talal, a student from the College of Dentistry at the University of Alkafeel, participated in the training programs organized by the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), culminating in the conference held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Rida received a series of trainings, including the Training of Trainers (TOT) course and several sessions on topics such as "Youth Political Empowerment and Challenges Arising from Climate Change."

Notably, Rida has contributed to various projects, including drafting the constitution for the Iraqi Trainers Network and managing the cultural channel Alpha YS. He also delivered several training sessions focusing on the impacts of climate change in Iraq and its political, social, and economic effects on the country and its society.

At the conclusion of the program, UNAMI selected Rida as one of the organizers of the final conference of the Youth Political Participation Enhancement Program. This event showcased the activities, achievements, and aspirations of Iraqi youth, with the attendance of numerous officials and academics. Rida expressed his gratitude to the University of Alkafeel for its unwavering support throughout his participation, praising the university's efforts to nurture the talents and skills of its students.
