The College of Dentistry at the University of Alkafeel has officially joined the membership of the "Global Scientific Dental Alliance (GSDA)" during its 20th session held at the AEEDC Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Monday, February 6, 2023.

Assistant Lecturer Ali Faisal Mathloum represented the University of Alkafeel’s College of Dentistry at the alliance.

The University of Alkafeel is the first university and the second Iraqi institution to join the alliance, following the Iraqi Dental Association. The alliance includes over 131 universities and international dental associations from across the Arab world and beyond.
