The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel , in collaboration with the College of Medicine, organized an educational guidance lecture : "Proactive Decisions and Their Impact on University Students" on Monday, April 15, 2025.

The lecture was delivered by mentor . Ayat Thabet Rashid, who addressed the importance of the decisions students make during their university life and their impact on their academic achievement.

The lecture also reviewed how to enable students to identify the cognitive skills and personality traits that impact their academic performance and their ability to control their emotions.

The lecture emphasized the importance of enabling students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and equipping them with the ability to solve problems they may encounter during their university career. It also highlighted how to transform problems into second opportunities for personal growth and development, which contributes to improving their academic performance and future lives.
