University of Alkafeel continues to implement the activities of the ministerial program to qualify and develop university leaders and human resources, organized by the Center for Lifelong Learning and with broad participation from academics and administrators at the university.
    The program covers a series of specialized topics focusing on modern leadership skills, effective university management, and institutional planning, under the supervision of a select group of trainers and experts in the field of higher education.
   This ministerial program is part of Alkafeel Universitystrategy to enhance the efficiency of academic leaders and boost the level of institutional performance in line with the requirements of comprehensive development in the higher Iraqieducation sector. Thus, , it is a qualitative step to establish a base for the generations of leaders capable of facing the challenges of the next phase with confidence and competence.
