The Registration and Student Affairs Department at University of Alkafeel organized a specialized workshop : "Student Affairs and Mechanisms for Registration and Archiving in Colleges: Into More Efficient University Administration" on Monday, 15 September 2025. The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Zaid Khalil Ibrahim, Director of Registration and Student Affairs Department.

     In the workshop, Dr. Zabad addressed the most important administrative mechanisms used to organize student affairs and develop the services and also discussed the most prominent challenges and possible solutions to ensure smooth workflow. The aim of the workshop is to enhance knowledge and develop skills pertinent to the work of the registration departments in our colleges, raise the efficiency of student affairs staff, and standardize administrative procedures, contributing to improving the level of university service and providing a supportive academic environment for our valued students.
